Fidget spinners are a scam?

Some online resources are suggesting that fidget spinners help with concentration and can even improve one’s ability to learn new things. In particular, it alleviates learning for those suffering from ADHD.

Is it truth? Or just marketing claims? Cogi Tat have decided to look into the medical benefits of the yo-yo of 2017.

We’ve spent a couple of days looking for the proof, but to no avail. Any data that could be found was paltry. Most of the online resources refer to the study of the effects of exercise on the brain or some similar source.  That being said, we all well understand that you can’t really compare a 10 km run to playing with a fidget spinner.
